Importance of Thanksgiving

Story of the 10 lepers.

Luke 17:17-19: Then Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But the nine—where are they? Was no one found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner?”  And He said to him, “Stand up and go; your faith has made you well.”

Psalms 50:23: “He who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honors Me; And to him who orders his way aright. I shall show the salvation of God.”

Romans 1:21:  For even though they knew God, they did not ^[a]honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Be a Giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7: Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

Proverbs 11:25: The generous man will be prosperous, And he who waters will himself be watered.

Do not be lonely in church. Respect authority. Do not be content with just being saved. Be totally consecrated to God.
