Matthew 5:16: Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
We are ambassadors of Christ. Being a salt and light. Honoring God in all that we do.
1 Samuel 2:30: Those who honor Me, I will honor. Those who despise Me will be lightly esteemed. Eli’s sons did evil in the sight of God. They did not know God.
Luke 6:46: Why do you call Me, Lord, Lord and do not do what I say?
Isaiah 29:13: People draw near with their words and honor Me with their lip service.
Deuteronomy 8:18: You shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth.
Proverbs 3:9,10: Honor the Lord from your wealth and from the first of all your produce.
Ephesians 6:1,2: Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother so that it may be well with you and that you may live long on the earth. Honor is from the heart. Obedience is external.
2 Timothy 3:1-3: In the last days, difficult times will come. Men will be lovers of self, …, disobedient to parents.
Hebrews 12:28: Let us show gratitude by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe.

Luke 10:39-42: She had a sister called Mary, who was seated at the Lord’s feet, listening to His word.But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. God sees my heart.
Isaiah 58:13,14: Call the Sabbath a delight, the Holy day of the Lord desisting from your own ways. Then you will take delight in the Lord.
Revelation 21:22,23 and 27: My body can be a temple of God. There will be no darkness in my life. Nothing unclean and no one who practices abomination or lying shall ever come here.

Being careful that the things of this world do not become my God.
