Not tossed to and fro like children. Able to bear with others is a sign of growth/progress. Romans 15: Help those without strength. Are we getting offended frequently when corrected? If we can gracefully take when corrected by even a child is a sign of our progress. 1 Peter 2:9: We are a chosen race, royal priesthood.
