Able to discern to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit gives power to live an overcoming life. Acts 1:8: You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. Gives ability to do God’s will. Acts 4:31: They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness. 2 Timothy 1:7: For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline. Romans 8:26: Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. Philippians 4:13: I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. 2 Corinthians 12:8-10.
