Be strong in the Lord – Abraham Isac

Abraham Isac
Philippians 4: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can always find strength in my heavenly Father, trusting in Him, however weak I may be. When we find our weakness, that is when God’s strength is found. John 15:5: Without Me, you can do nothing. I also don’t want to seek to do anything in my own strength, but everything in God’s strength. Psalms 103:14: God knows we are but dust. 2 Timothy 1:7: God has not given us the spirit of timidity but of power and love and sound mind. 2 Timothy 2:1: Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 Peter 3:17,18: Grow in the grace that is in Jesus Christ. James 4:6: God gives grace to the humble, but opposes the proud. Romans 6:14: Sin cannot have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. Ephesians 6:10,12-16: Be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. Our struggle is not with human beings. We need to conserve our energy to fight the devil and not with anyone else. Take up the full armour of God. Taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 2 Corinthians 10:3-6: Weapons of our warfare are not carnal but divinely powerful. An empty mind is the devil’s workshop. Emotions should also be under the control of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:26: The Holy Spirit also helps us in our weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9: My grace is sufficient for you for power is perfected in weakness. I will rather boast about my weaknesses so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Romans 15:1: We who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not just please ourselves. 1 Cor 3:1-3.

Daniel
Hebrews: Jesus is able to save us to the uttermost. We have a Savior who is able to save us, to deliver us from our sin. God will enable us, strengthen us.

Who is our strength today? Is it my strength or God’s strength? Philippians 2:13: God is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Do all things without grumbling and disputing. Being blameless and innocent children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation among whom you appear as lights. God is the one who strengthens us to shine as a light.
